Live! At The Museum Event
The Natural History Museum of Santa Maria has partnered with the Los Flores Ranch Park for the Live! At The Museum on Saturday, June 64h from 12-2pm. The featured animal is Little Bear, a Miniature Horse and he will be accompanied by his owner, Barbara Verlengiere. Little Bear is currently recognized as the third smallest Miniature horse in the U.S.A.
Some quick facts about Miniature Horses: They are found in many nations, particularly in Europe and the Americas. The designation of miniature horse is determined by the height of the animal, which is usually less than 34–38 inches as measured at the last hairs of the mane. Miniature horses are the size of a very small pony and they have various colors and coat patterns.
Come join us for a fun, educational experience and meet Little Bear!
